Government Health Scheme : The Central
Govt. Health Scheme (CGHS) in India
provides comprehensive health care to the CGHS Beneficiaries located in 25
cities and provide health care to about 32 lakh beneficiaries residing in CGHS
covered cities. Central Govt. Employees (and their eligible family members)
residing in non- CGHS covered cities in India avail health care facilities
under Civil Services Medical Attendance Rules (CS (MA) Rules).
The

recognised under CS(MA) Rules, 1944. The list is given state wise throughout
