A GRAND SUCCESS
NJCA Meeting held on 6-7-2016 and proposed Indefinite Strike from 11th July, 2016 deferred:
NJCA met at JCM office New Delhi at 11.30 AM on 6-7-2016. During the discussions, the Covenor received an invitation from Hon`ble Home Minister . Again Shri Raj Nath Singh Hon`ble Home Minister held discussions with NJCA leaders on 6-7-2016 at 1.30PM. He assured that what ever assurance given by the govt on 30-6-2016 will be honoured and finance Minister will issue a Press Statement to day on 6-7-2016.
Confirming the assurance and a copy of Press Statement will be given to the Convenor. Accordingly the NJCA received the Press Statement issued by Finance Minister. The Committee set up to look into the matter of Minimum wage and fitment formula expected to submit the report to the government in the given time frame of not more than 4 months. In the view of these developments the Indefinite Strike call which is to be commence from 11th July, 2016 is deferred till the Committee finalises its report.
All India RMS & MMS Emp. Union Gr. `C` CHQ congratulates and Red Salute to all CWC Members, Circle, Divisional, Branch Secretaries, Office Bearers and Members for their strenuous efforts in mobilizing the workers under the banner of NJCA and participating and making a grand success of all programmes, holding massive rally on 24th June, 2016 and keeping the Unity and strength the C.G. 31st AIC of R-III:- The 31st All India Conference of All India RMS & MMS Emp. Union Gr. `C` was held at Pethapur, Gandhi Nagar , Ahmedabad (Gujarat) from 21st to 24th June, 2016 under the Presidentship of Com. R.K. Gupta Working President CHQ where nearly 1100 delegates and visitors coming from different corners of the country participated. All the circle Secretaries except H.P. circle and CWC members attended the Conference. The Central Working Committee Meeting was held on 20th & 25th June, 2016. The Reception Committee had made nice arrangements for boarding and lodging.
OPEN SESSION:-Open Session was held on 21st June, 2016 at 10.00 AM under the Presidentship of Com. S.K. Bardhan . Shri Mansukh Mandavia (M.P) and General Secretary BJP Gujarat State delivered welcome speech. Com. A.K. Padmanabhan President CITU inaugurated the Open Session. Shri ambesh Upmanyu PMG )Mails & BD) , Dr. Keyer Parikh chairman CIMS, Hospital, Sh. Ajay Umat Editor Nav Gujarat Samaj News paper, chief guest Sh. Sudhir Bhai Nanavati, President G.L.S. Univeristy special guest attended and greeted the Conference. Coms. M. Krishnan S/G Confederation, R.N. Parashar S/G NFPE , C.C. Pillai former S/G NFPE, V. Bhattacharjee S/G Civil Accounts, K. Reagvenran former S/G NFPE & G/S AIPRPA, R.Seethalakshmi G/S P-IV, Giri Raj Singh G/S R-III, P. Suresh G/S R-IV, T. Satyanarayan G/S Postal Accounts, P.Mohan G/S AIPCPCCWF, Y.Nagabhushanam Ex AGS & C/S R-III, B.M. Sunda Ex C/S R-III, Shankar Pal Singh All India treasurer AIPRPA, M.B. Sukumar Ex AGSJagdish Prasad Ex Treasurer and other leaders addressed the Open Session.
This AIC decided the agitational programmes on problems pertaining to the RMS & MMS employees.
First phase:- Memorandum to Divisional Heads with massive demonstration on 20.07.2016 in front of all Divisional offices.Second phase:- Massive Dharna in front of all Regional offices on 02.08.2016.Third phase:- One day hunger fast in front of all CPMG office in the third Week of September, 2016.Details in the letter No. RMS JCA/2016 dt.8-07-2016 which was submitted to Secretary Posts is attached.
Com. M.P. Jhon G/S , H.A Rajgor Secretary, Nitubhai, S.Paman Chairman Reception Committee alongwith their team welcomed all the guests and leaders with file, Bag and Momento.

10TH FEDERAL COUNCIL OF NFPE:- X Federal council of NFPE is scheduled to be held at Guwahati from 7th to 9th September, 2016 at district Library Auditorium Pan bazaar Guwahati. The Federal Councillors have been allotted as per received quota from the affiliates P-III-27, P-IV-24, R III-10, R IV -1 Admn. -1, Postal A/C 2, SBCO-1, Civil Wing-1 and Ex Office -19 ( Office Bearers 11 + G.S -8)
All Circle Secretaries are requested to ask the Federal Councilors elected in this 31st AIC held at Pethapur, Gandhi Nagar , Ahemdabad to book their up & down tickets at once to avoid inconvenience.
CONFEDERATION NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF WOMEN CONVENTION:- Diamond Jubilee National Conference of Confederation of C.G. Employees & Workers will be held at Chennai from 16th to 18th August, 2016 and All India Women Convention of Confederation on 17th August, 2016 at the same venue.
Delegate fee for delegates & visitors has been fixed Rs.1000 and delegation fee for Women`s Convention (One Day) 17-8-2016 fixed Rs.500/- All Women Sub Committee office Bearers and Members should also attend the Convention.
All Circle Secretaries are requested to decide the names of women comrades to participate in the Women Convention and also intimate their names to CHQ.
All India RMS & MMS Emp. Union Gr. `C` CHQ again congratulates and Red Salute and appeal to all CWC members , Circle, Divisional, Branch Secretaries, office bearers and members to mobilize rank & file to participate in the agitational programmes as decided by 31st AIC as noted above under banner of RMS JCA R-III & R-IV and also the One Day Strike on 2nd September, 2016 called by Central Trade Unions and make a grand success.
