After failure discussion with SRM, RMS B Divison Pune as on 05-09-2012, Honourable DPS, Pune Region, as on 06-09-2012. We have make historical Dharana & Hungar Fast Andolan in front of Office of Superintendent RMS B Division, Pune as per schedule i.e. on 07-09-2012 and started non performance of OTA w.e.from 08-09-2012 onwards... We gave given example of our workers strength and unity. Then R.O. Pune has called for meeting with Honourable PMG, Pune Region as on 11-09-2012 at 17.00 Hrs. After marathon discussion of three hours and assurance & intervene in the our burning issue JCA has decided to postpone our agitation of Dharana programme dated 13-09-2012 & Non performance of OTA from 12-09-2012. while Discussion following officilas are present.

Gist discussion of some Important issues :
1. The annual increment of all new officials will be allowed w.e.from 01-07-2012 after formal test on or before 30-09-2012.
2. The confirmation orders will be issued shortly by forming DPC on or before 30-09-2012.
3. Separate water connection will be given at SPCC Pune And Pune RMS shortly till necessary arrangement will be done for procurement of water.
4. Specific instructions for release of held over of pay will be given to SRM, Pune.
5. GDS Staff will be provided to RMS Wing to cope up the shortage of MTS manpower.
6. Proposal for special recruitment of additional GR. C Staff will be forwarded to higher authority.
7. All TA, MCRI & OTA will be encashed on priority basis on first cum first out basis.
8. All MCRI bill will be sanctioned at higher rate given by CGHS on web site.
9. The financial bid for plastic tags to use insted of sealing wax will be opned on 15-09-2012 and finalized shortly.
10.The instructions for full booking of staff will be given to HRO.
11. All SROs/HRO will be instructed for fix weekly offs.
12.The tenure posting orders in HRO & DO will be issued before 30-09-2012.
13. The Post of sorting compiler at R.O. Will be filled up shortly after suitable replacement from RMS wing.
There is some dispute for diversion of DO/HRO Staff to Mail offices and other issues will be discussed on 19-09-2012.
Our agitation is postponed not called off. We have always be alert for struggle for our justified rights. Workers unity Zindabad.
