If, yes, then what is the rate per hour of such

c)
Whether any ceiling of Basic Pay excluding /including
Grade Pay prescribed by the Ministry.
d)
If Yes of (c), then what is the ceiling of Basic
Pay (After Sixth Pay Commission) & excluding
Grade Pay.
e)
If Yes of (c), then what is the ceiling of Basic
Pay (After Sixth Pay Commission) & including
Grade Pay.
f)
The staff, whose Basic Pay is more than such
Ceiling Basic Pay, then whether they are eligible for the work on Honorarium.
